CYBN or the Chicago Youth Basketball Network, has announced that the network will host the Playmakers Winter League through March 2022. During the league, teams must play 2 games each weekend as part of the Playmaker Series. The games will be in a 2 game format which teams love to play. Then there is also the Championship Weekend for each session. As every year, over 200 teams from across the country are expected to compete. This year’s Winter League is also expected to be bigger and better than all previous ones, with a growing number of people showing interest in watching and participating.
The Playmakers Winter League is the biggest of the year and CYBN plans for more than 200 teams. The winter session will include league planning, mainly to avoid playing the same teams; There will be MVPs for each game and there will also be an All-Star Night sometime in March.
The current winter session used to be called WSYL. The league already attracts a large number of Illinois high school basketball teams.
